Brisbane & Sth East Queensland Customers
To order your pets new house or to submit a quote enquiry, simply contact us via phone
or
email us via our ENQUIRY/ORDER form describing your Animal Abode product choice plus any extras required ie, custom options, delivery, staining etc. and we will generate an accurate itemised quote & order total for you asap (usually within 2hrs).
Once you have confirmed your order, we can either invoice you via email for a payment via either EFT Netbank Transfer, Suncorp Direct Branch Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque (payment via money order or bank cheque may delay your order)
or
COD (Cash On Delivery/Pickup) is available to most South East Queensland customers for the purchase of standard products only upon which we can invoice you in person.
If you wish to view and pickup your pets new house from our workshop, please call to make an appointment to be sure that we are there to help you.
(Sorry, we do not accept eftpos, credit cards nor personal cheques)
Please note: all Custom Built or Modified products require an order deposit of at least 60% of the invoiced total, before we can begin work on your order.
Interstate Customers (and QLD outer areas)
No need to concern your self with couriers, we can organise the whole process for you.
To order your pets new house or to submit a quote enquiry, simply fill out our email ENQUIRY/ORDER form including your postcode, describe your Animal Abode product choice plus any extras required ie, custom options, freight, staining etc. and we will generate an accurate itemised freight quote & order total for you asap (usually within 2hrs).
Once you have confirmed your order, we will invoice you via email for a payment via either EFT Netbank Transfer, Suncorp Direct Branch Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque (payment via money order or bank cheque may delay your order).
COD (Cash On Delivery) is available to South East Queensland customers only.

Please note: all orders requiring freight must be paid in full before we can begin work on your order or place any freight bookings.
You are welcome to use your own courier service if you prefer.
